Ahh the good old days.
About the NX thread though, the main problem was that everyone was posting outside in new threads, mods weren't trying to contain anything, and most users were actually against the official thread because they wanted to post their own material.
In the end though...I was the only one who was right about the NX. I called it "a tablet with buttons (based on that conforming screen deal) that functions as a controller for the home console". I based this on a trip that I had recently made to Japan where I discovered tablet style games being very popular in arcades.
