Honestly, considering how Nintendo will probably want as much 3rd party support as possibe on this device, and how difficult that might be, there really shouldn't be any surprise that Nintendo might have done this.

No, we wont, nobody is gonna say "This is a timed exclusive that we didnt pay" on the event obviously, we'll know later maybe and meanwhile the usuals will writte the narrative they want to hear until proved wrong, again.
