Note too from the sounds of it Trump/Repubs like Ryan aren't saying "don't do this ever", they just don't want to do it now because it doesn't look good, the idiots at the GOP are already so drunk on power they thought they could get away with doing this on the first day of the new congress. Gotta get those tax breaks for their ultra rich buddies done first, then they can revisit this and do it quietly when the American people are not paying as much attention. |
