He has shown he will go against the republican establishment and instead of tentatively welcoming this move, it's just further nonconstructive criticism.
Even then you miserable lot of dems couldn't see yourselves pretty to just say, hey this isn't quite as bad as we were expecting.
Nope, you double down and triple down and just walk into the abyss of liberal despair. Would it kill you to show an ounce of attempted empathy?
