So basically the house made it so that the house has to be ok with releasing any information. That is less "draining the swamp" and more building 100s of damns, barricading every drain, and putting a huge stopper in every drain possible. It is literally the opposite of "draining the swamp". All it is doing is making it much, much easier to do corrupt things. |
