What exactly delusional about thinking that Switch version can look better on 6" screen than PS4 version for instance on 40" screen!? Games look better on smaller screens than on big screens. For instance games on 5" 540p Vita screen are really looking great, Switch has 720p screen and in portable mode its 5-10x stronger than Vita, so games on Switch will definatly look better than Vitas.

Yeah sure. Id like to see how good Ff15 would look on the switch.

Like I wrote, of course that on big screen PS4 version will look better in any case than Switch docked version, but portable Switch version on small 6" screen is totally different thing for comparing.

Id love for that to be true.
The problem is when the Switch is in portable mode, at 150 Gflops.

Will people buy this game for the switch, if it runs 1080p on PS4, but 480p on the Switch (portable mode)?

its gonna be like this picture:

Wheres its 4k (scorpio/PS4pro) , 1080p PS4,.... ect and 480p for the Switch.

480p on 6" screen doesn't look like that at all, even 3DS 240p screen looks better than that, lol. 480p on 6" screen has almost twice bigger higher density pixels than 1080p for instance on 32" TV, basically around twice sharper image. Also you assume that in portable mode will be 480p, but it can be 540p or even 720p also.
