To me Gears 4 does what is most important to me in terms of gaming. Gameplay and Content. Gears 4 is really the complete package and I think it is the best game to come out this generation. I agree the story may be a little meh and last boss was a bit lack luster, but other than that it is a flawless game imo.
Also, I'm suprised people play gears for the story. I always thought gear's story was average. It has always been about going from point A to Point B. The women in Gears 3 were just placed at the last minute and you can totally tell.
