Nintendo

-The Switch will sell decently (still way better than Wii U) everywhere excluding Japan where it'll sell amazingly due to portability and support from japanese developers;

-At least 3 new IPs (medium-high budget) from Nintendo will be released for the Switch;

-A new Metroid game will be announced to be in development from a non-first party team;

-Beyond Good & Evil 2 will be a Switch exclusive;

-Mario x Rabbids RPG will turn out to be surprisingly good;

-Seasons of Heaven won't release in 2017;

-Yooka Laylee will come out on the Switch in 2017;

-Pokémon Sun/Moon will go on to be the #1 selling game for 3DS;

-A new Animal Crossing will be released for the Switch AFTER the release of the Mobile game, it'll go on to be one of the best selling AC games thanks to the f2p aspect of the Mobile game which will push its sales;

- At least one of the two Mobile games scheduled to release before the fiscal year end won't come out (most likely AC);

-Pokémon GO compatibility with Pokémon Sun/Moon won't happen despite beeing announced earlier this year;

Microsoft

 

-Sea of Thieves will get mixed reviews, despite that it'll sell well but not amazingly, under 3M;

-A new Halo will be announced, it'll be a prequel to one of the previous entries;

-Scalebound will review well with complaints for the graphics but beeing praised for its gameplay, it will bomb;

-Scorpio will launch at 449$ in October;

-Scorpio compatibility with Third Party VR headsets(Both Oculus, HTC etc.)will be announced;

-A new Battletoads will be annouced and possibly released in Q4;

-A bunch of studios will be bought/created by Microsoft in order to make up for those who were closed in 2016;

 

Sony

 

-God of War won't release this year;

-FFVII remake Chapter I will come out on PS4 as a timed exclusive (full price);

-Horizon will meet good reviews (80-85 on Metacritic) but won't meet sales expectations in the west, it'll sell extremely well in Japan;

-VR First Party output won't be really good;

-Vita will go out of production outside of Japan;

-Crash N'sane Trilogy will disappoint fans cause Activision;

-The Last of Us part 2 will be announced for Q4 just to be delayed later on in the year;

-Knack 2 will bomb;

 

Third Party:

 

-Ubisoft won't be bought out by Vivendi;

-AC will come out featuring a big portion of the story set in the future;

-Many EA games won't meet fans expectations (ME: Andromeda and FIFA18 more than the others);

-RDR2 will be GOTY contender;
