Yeah, I'm not a fan of X either and I hope they don't go that route. I was just thinking maybe you can choose what type of battle system you use. I think the PS4 version and 3DS version will have the same battle system but the PS4 version will just be at a larger scale. I think they've learned from Dragon Quest X not to ailenate their fanbase.
