Sure or they could give options on Both Ps4 of and Pro.
With one Having 1080p/900p 30fps with "higher graphics"
And other Version 1080p/900p 60fps "lower graphics"
So anyone can get the thing they want if they want Fps you get let's say Fps mode with 60 fps lower graphics or Graphics mode better graphics 30fps.
Like with NI Oh that game has a lot of Options to chose how you want to play.
