Is it an Android or an iOS? If it's Android, check on your phone settings which versions it is (if you don't know), then go to the play store and check the miminum version required to run the game, if both versions match, maybe it's just not gonna work properly, usually it does, but once your Android version start getting dated, the apps start having issues. |
It put's me back to the startscreen from the phone. It,s android 4.4.2 and it says that there are no other updates at the moment...
