Pre-nap are valid, if you put too many ristrictive clauses that are just stupid, you're asking for trouble. If you have questions, talk to your lawyer, he will set you up with something that will be fair for both parties. Don't expect to walk out of a marrige without consequenses, after all you took the vows for better or for worse, and if you did you homework and found a considereate spouse, you'll never have to use this piece of paper.
If you came in into the marrage with your own home and pension, you can exclude those from being touched by your spouse, but if you both created wealth together expect those to be split. You are NOT required to pay child support if you ask for joint custody. If she does not work or does not like to work, then it's your fault for marrying such a girl. Expect to help her out while she get a job or remarried. If you think you can just wipe your ass clean of a contract then you're dead wrong. That's why you take the time before marriage to choose carefully. Take it seriously, it's like starting a business, it's not easy and it can have dire consequenses if you don't do your homework.
Also be considerate enough to tell your future wife what you want from a marrige. If you don't want her to be fat, tell you off the bat that you love her figure, and that you are willing to help her stay healty for both her sake, as well yours and your future children. If you both do activities together, and stay off the fast food, you wont need to worry about this crap. If you marry her for the looks only, then I wish you luck.
