I havent been many places in the USA, But from where Ive been and where I live now, people dont seem to take a single thought. ALways met some who think its the 50's, some radical feminist, some level heded feminist, places that look like sitcoms(I actually live in a suburban place in PA that looks like it they filmed sitcomes, or scary movies, definetly some masacre movies where people scream and the next hhouse is like a mile away and nobody hears). The places that do seem a bit backwards have been majorly religious towns.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
