I actually agree here. Im part of all three online gaming infrastructures, and Microsofts is DEFINITELY the most robust of the three. Sony's tends to have maintenance, or it's just down a lot especially during the PS3 era. I think PSN could be a lot better, but that scheduled maintenance crap and being down more than a few times a year is unacceptable imo. Xbox LIve is THE best on console, and that is fact. Microsoft didnt lie.  I wont get into Nintendos since theres is free.

Yep, I think one of peoples biggest problems with PSN's issues is that they are planned downtimes for maintenance. Why does it need so many? XBL doesn't. Just one of the things that makes Live superior.
