Look at the statistics and see who are the majority of the prisoners

When you're poor and have no education, that happens. Don't look at just raw data. Even if the data says there are more prisoners and that's a valid if cuase there is no source here for me to review, so "even if" tha is true, you have to look at why most of them are in jail. If its for something heinous like rape then sure but if its for theft or stuff like that, you have another issue entirely. Also "if" all of that supports your claim, the most you can say is that most of the immigrants in your area are like that, not all the people of the original place. If all the bad people got out then of course this'll happen. But all of these are "ifs" that I entertained. show me data. The burden of proof lies on your head
