Some of my best gaming years spent on Xbox. Some of the best multiplayer and singleplayer I have ever played.
Halo 2- local multiplayer/ xbox live, Best FPS/ multiplayer
Mechassault- xbox live MECHS!
TES Morrowind- Best fantasy RPG
SWKOTR - Best scifi
Kingdom Under Fire- Dynasty Warriors+ Strategy in LOTR world!

Even mediocre games with friends were quite fun like DnD and Digimon World 4. Too bad very few games support 4 players now, and most have bad functionality. Also downloaded all my CDs onto the Xbox and often just jammed to music.
