Actually the announcement trailer can only be found on the Xbox youtube and Tombraider youtube. It says nothing about coming to PS4. Also.Tomb Raider DE had a MS push/marketing and when Riise of the Tomb Raider started development it was during Mattrick so its safe to say it was Mattrick that got the deal.

Well, next year COD (might not but works as a example) will be announced in Sony conference at E3 and will not mention the xbox version, yet everyone is expecting it to be multiplatform. Since RoTR was announced in e3 2014 and phil was ahead of xbox since march and no exclusive deal was announced, everyone was expecting a multiplatform tittle, so, we can very well assume that the deal was made after that. The truth is neither i or you really know how it was but you have to take into consideration that there is a big chance that you are not right. Honestly i don't care about his statements on this matter, just was pointing out a hole in your argument.
