I've heard of that Dokkan while I was watching Dragon Ball XV. Is it better  than that? Cause XV focuses on customizing your own hero and fixing the history of DBZ.

I have no idea about Dragon Ball XV, sadly. But Dokkan just celebrated 100 million downloads a few months ago, so it seems very popular at least.
