I pronounce it as it's pronounced in Australia: "zed". We also say zebra so that it rhymes with Debra. When I'm talking about that godawful show my little brother used to like, I say, "Dragon Ball Zed". Regarding that band with two tremendous beards and a drummer with the surname Beard, most people say, "Zee-Zee-Top" as they recognise it's an imported word. If I'm trying to make a point, I might say "Zed-Zed-Top".

We also say too-mah-toe, not too-may-toe. Shed-yule, not sked-yule. I could go on.
