No, it is just OK.
Kudos to Disney for salvaging a patchwork mess of plot points and discarded characters. Look how they set up Jyn's cristal neckless but there is no pay-off. Or the mind reading Octopussy.
I am suprised critics are not picking it apart.
The ending is not that memorable. It is only a confuse battle with inept Stormtroopers.
