Oh it's the AI subject
I had more to say about the controls subjects though i don't really feel like writing much
Let's just say that playing TLG and ROTR at the same time really shows how much ROTR does wrong when all of it is so automated and there is no feeling of danger whatsoever and a simple jump in TLG is that much more exciting. Perception of "good controls" has become so warped

There is a way to have satisfying controls and still have a challenging game you know? Having shitty controls to make the game more difficult is just the lazy way out.

They're not shitty nor is it about challenge. It has the right weight and momentum to make platforming feel like actual platforming instead of walking on air/flying. It's not hard, it just feels tense (this is the best way to describe it) because of how it looks, animation playing a big part, and how you it requires at least a minimum  of precision from you. Nothing of which ROTR has.
