Been gaming on Xbox Live since 2003. Other than one Christmas where i was having a hard time getting on the network I can't think of one other time since that I've had major problems with live. Being totally serious. I can't but I'm sure it's been down but not affecting everyone. Have had my credit card info on their for 11 years with no incidents outside of my nephews buying things without my consent. I thought I was hacked but quickly figured that out and fixed the situation. I've no idea about PSN so I can't and won't speak on that
