I made this thread so that we could all hopefully be a little smarter. I mean how can one be smart on something that isn't generally talked about at school, college, with friends, co-workers, not even on the news. The news might mention a story about it but it doesn't seek to educate only something like, "so-and-so propses a new tax plan"
And it's not the kind of thing one bothers to look up online or know where to begin with informing oneself. Here seemed like a nice place!
