Let's say if Atlus drops the price from $89.99 to $79.99, Amazon will honor that.  And FYI, I do NOT have Amazon prime.

Yes Amazon does preorder price guarentee.  From the point of preorder to before the product is released, whatever was the lowest price that'll be your price you pay even if the price jumps back up before the preorder phase is concluded.
