Yes because they hate being called the name of some one they hate and are in conflict of. Its cultural, same way no korea or chinse wants to be called Japanese.
Wolrd of difference between an abbrevaition and derived. Unlike racists like you i dont automatically consider all brown peopel pakis, so why would i call a brown guy paki unless i know hes from pakistan ?
