It isn't often that I experience PSN downtime, either. I do get a chuckle out of those that want to ignore Steam, though. It's does just about everything both console networks do, while offering vastly more games, far better networking, and I can now use both a PS4 or Xbox controller on it. Best of everything.

But for real i would be surprised if steam had downtimes they don't do anything else then manage their App they get i think 30% of every game sold they don't invest in anything else,seriously i would be surprised if it had any downtime except when they are doing maintenance.
