Solar Power Is Becoming The World's Cheapest Energy

My longterm plan is to exchange our shingles for solar shingles and live complety off the grid. Dont even want a connection. Instead I will safe the energy in a powerwall or similar. Maybe even put a small windmill on my property. I am not doing it for financial reasons. Just want to be independent.
