The criticisms you gave do not and cannot apply to Switch, not being able to buy a new tablet when the TABLET IS THE SYSTEM is impossible.

Making games exclusive to one specific form factor makes no sense when the whole concept of the system is to be able to play any way you choose.

Like Ganoncrotch said, it is understandable to be skeptical for various reasons but the reasons you gave dont make sense.
