MS have been confusing the 4K market with advertising for the XB1s. In the mean time Sony have a console out that actually does checkerboard 4K and native 4K gaming. Come Christmas 2017, the 4K message will have no impact, the PS4 is going to be at least $100 - $150 cheaper than the Scorpio and it will be facing the biggest PS4 games lineup so far this gen.
The PS5 Exists.
