I assume you are kidding, but there is a chance you are from another country, so if not, this will at least be good info for people who are.
In the US "The Bar" is a governing body that determines if you can legally practice law. If they "disbar" him, he is no longer a lawyer.
Let's hope that turns out to be the case.
