That sounds really impressive, although is that from purchases, or just downloads? Also, for it being the biggest launch on the app store, those numbers don't seem thaat impressive. Still, 2.85 mil is a great number. There are other factors, such as the game having a much bigger launch than Pokemon Go did, being available in many more countries than PoGo, which is still steadily releasing in other countries. It'll be really interesting to see how Super Mario Runner will do in the long run.
