Sounds like hyperbole but it isn't. It's insane. I imagine they have to tone down the graphics, though.

lol...  I can't understand how VR is any more or less scary than the games are.  Though, I don't find games scary to begin with.  I have the Pro, but no VR.  I need to cut back on my game spending-- geesh.

Like the guy above me said, there's something about being in VR. There's flying games that actually trick your mind into thinking that you're flying/falling. Wearing a VR headset, you don't feel like you're playing a game. You feel like you're actually there!

 

Imagine being able to squat down and see what's under a table. Imagine hearing a sound over your shoulder, looking back and seeing what caused the sound. You're not seeing a 2D image. You're seeing a 3D image.

It's the difference between looking at something through a window and looking at something because you're actually outside.
