I think I'm done with brick and mortar stores for video game purchases

As an employee for best buy over the years i fully understand why gamers don't want to shop at stores (especially ours). Sometimes we have special deal of the day prices and sales, but other than that, the stores are just terrible. uninformed people most times, new releases not stocked on the shelves, pre-order system is JACKED UP! If it wasn't for employee price and Best Buys Gamers Club 20% off, i'd be 100% digital and happy. if PSN and the Eshop had more sales on games other than indies, it would put an end to retail, but that will never happen.
