27 – Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box
I played the four NDS Professor Layton games around the same time (maybe the Last Specter some months later, but not too far away) and the games are quite similar in gameplay, so my memory of the four games is very homogeneous, being difficult for me to sort them (actually next year I’ll probably change it’s position).
I have a fond memory of Professor Layton games. The puzzles are brilliant and use greatly the touch screen, the plot is entertaining and has an animation flavor that suits the games perfectly and exploring the different game locations and talking with its crazy characters makes the games much more than a mere puzzle recompilation.
The second game of the series is the first one I played and made me fall in love with the series.
