Trust me, soundwave isn't a guy of port begging and he hasn't written this from bias, soundwave have been harsh ( not unfairly sometimes ) towards Nintendo...
He is just expressing his concern about playstation major Japanese third party exclusives and believes that switch being a handheld console too, can save these franchises in case of further decline/ preventing their movement to mobile games ( of course if its as successful as 3DS or even if its somewhat less ) . So simply, don't misunderstand him and not do an injustice to him.
I'm not saying that I agree or disagree but what Soundwave says doesn't seem to me wrong because his has put sound and apt arguments.
