Eh. Not really. The XBO sold 225k/21% more units than the PS4 in Dec. 2014 thanks to the "temporary" price cut to $350 that November. Last December, the PS4 sold 206k/15% more units than the XBO thanks to getting a price cut of its own that put it back at parity with the XBO.

If the PS4 has a significant lead over the XBO for November, then I think December will likely see the PS4 win by a comfortable margin as well. We just have to wait for numbers.

Fair enough, though I don't think a 200k lead is that big over the holidays. Plus, those leaked numbers for November are likely to be fairly accurate. Still, December seems to be closer than November, at least :)
