I hope they do. PS4 is BORING. PS3 was such a monster for it`s day that the CELL CPU is more powerfull than the PS4 CPU. Sure, the whole system is far more powerful than PS3, but this show how low-tie Ps4 hardware was when it launched, PS4 Pro should have been PS4 launch specs, at minimum.

Sure, the games are there and arriving more by the day, but PS3 was breathtaking and a piece of technological vanguard and vision, so was PS2, Ps4 is "oh, I need to get that to play new releases".

Ps4 is on paper about 9-10 times more capable hardware than the ps3.... You aren't seeing a mega step in visuals like you did ps1-ps2 because we aren't doing 720p games on ps4..... You get both a major resolution increase, and an frame rate increase along with better graphics

No what I meant... I mean ps3 was a machine that pushed technological boundaries and defied what was considered possible doing with a home console, bringing state of art technology for our homes like the BD, the Cell chip, free online play and etc. Even for 2016 it still is pretty functional media center.

Ps4 technologically is boring. It's custom PC made with mid-tie hardware (for 2013 standards) and proprietary software so games are programmed in a very optimized way to use this hardware. It's not pushing boundaries, or bringing state of art technology, it has good games, but in terms of device it isn't something so remarkable.
