Til when in your culture it`s acceptable to depend on yout parents?

Not the point here, but if prices were similar it would be good already. In Brazil living costs are outright insane , a city like Brasília, São Paulo or Rio can be as expensive as an European capital. 

Hmm... So if living is as expensive as in other places... doesn't that mean that the prices are similar? Sorry, can't see any sense in what you've just written
