It's hard to believe that anyone even makes a system that requires water cooling and then has only 2GB of ram.
Tell him if he spent $75 bucks on 4GB of gaming grade ram instead of water cooling and neon lights he might be able to do better.
I'll take 2x Ram over 4x the clock speed any day
