It's hard to ignore him when you see news about him or get his videos recommended on youtube. I actually only saw a small amount of videos of his, but when I see someone crying over a slight drop of subscribers it really shows what kind of person that is. He probably did work hard (playing video games all day long) to archive where he is....

"This is the exact same thing as if someone told you that they hope you get banned on this website because they don't like how you post or something. Or saying that you hope a certain person can never find work because you don't like them or something. "

I wouldn't be suprised if that happened from time to time :) You have to learn to deal with criticism.

"I truly hope you can reflect on what you wrote here, because that is an absolutely horrible kind of attitude to have about something or someone. "I don't like this thing so I hope it dissapears".  If that was the way the world worked then most things, maybe even everything at all wouldn't even exist because there's always someone that doesn't like something, hence different opinions. "

That's an obvious exaggeration and generalization towards one 3 sentence statement by me. I just don't like people who think they are entitled to make money out of other companies products without their agreement. By now they are certains deals between Pewdiepie and publishers to promote their games. But if a company don't want him to make money out of their products he starts to rant for thinking he is entitled to do so. Angry Joe is a really good example for this where he even didn't let his Let's play video of Mario Kart 8 and Mario Party 9 on youtube for free.

If someone is passioniate about doing something, he mostly does it for free. If he gets paid for it without asking for money, than that's ok. But if he starts crying that he gets less than before, he is a crying b*****.

@bolded: As I said earlier in this thread, that is a big assumption to make when you don't know how much work it would have taken him to build up a Youtube channel, it's not just about what content he provides. If it's so easy according to you then you try and do it. So many people wanna try to say "Oh but anyone can record themselves screaming while playing video games" in regards to PewDiePie or any Youtuber that plays videogames or something along those lines but yet I don't see any of them trying it if it's apparently so easy. As I said earlier in this thread, he didn't just snap his fingers and automatically have 50 million subscribers, he had to work towards that for years with tons of videos. Even if you see it as "Well all he did was play videogames", that's still a lot of time and effort into making videos to grow his channel.

Also i'm not generalizing anything, i'm saying that I think the attitude of saying "I hope he deletes his channel because I personally don't like it despite the fact that other people do" is not a good one to have. Sure, i'll agree it might sound like a bit of an overreaction in the way I wrote it but my point still stands there, but you're entitled to think whatever you want so honestly it's whatever, i'm not gonna try to tell you that you can't think a certain way because you're entitled to feel however you wanna feel, and that's fine. I just personally don't see that as a good type of attitude to have about something.

Even if he does delete his channel I think he already said he was just planning on making a second one anyway.
