My preferred mgs6 would be either:
1: big boss setting up his zamzibarland outer heaven and the subsequent solid snake infiltrating and killing him. Prologue could be solid snake infiltrating outer heaven from mgs5 on the sea and killing what he thought was big boss but actually venom snake.
2. Mgs3 prequel where you play as the original boss. Her missions with the cobra unit and the sorrow would obvious be a key part of this.
I'd love mgs6 to take one of the above and then mgs7 taking the other.
