I would say you could justify the value, but if the person just wants to play GTA IV, for example, I dont think you can justify the $200-$300 price difference. Maybe you could convice them about the Red Ring failure, but most people think that will not happen to them -(My friend, who owns 2 360's, didn't even know about the Red Ring).
