Didn't see a thread about this yet and it seems most Switch rumors/leaks get threads. So it seems that Laura Kate Dale has leaked a few screenshots of an apparent new Switch exclusive game, while saying a gameplay trailer would come in December.
She says that it will be a gameplay trailer so if that's what the game looks like while being played, whatever it is it seems like it's going to look amazing graphically. I would guess that it's running on Unreal Engine 4 since it looks similar to past Unreal Engine 4 demos.
Don't think huge project, it's a smaller title for the system.

She also said that it's a smaller game coming to the Switch, so who knows what to expect.
