Sure if they`re successful then eventually they will become much safer but still by trying out any of this stuff any time soon you are definitely taking a risk. |

Probably 99.9% of accidents are human error/misbehaviour. Right now we see assistant systems. Which already make driving much safer. And assistants are basically standard in some areas already.
