That's a good point, Legend, but it doesn't rule out intelligence either.
I could argue that if God created the universe, then of course the Earth's climate would be complex, and that would also imply design.
Objectively speaking, it is what it is. Depending on how you look at the evidence, you can make a conclusion one way or the other.
