Those were before the brief XBOS boom and before G4. Assuming they were at least as fast, being slightly higher now doesn't seem that bad.
They actually changed numbers for revenue, namely since investors have been telling Satya to discard hardware. Now that their divisions no longer report any actual numbers and instead report revenue only, those same voices stopped complaining, since the numbers ruin the good impression the revenue and purchases give and distort investor perception. Or, in speakeasy, because investors might compare them to Sony and they know they will not catch up soon... |
Only problem is that they put revenue for the division and with other products there we can't have any idea of the HW of X1 sales, for that they only say how much active the userbase is.

And of this laundry list I'd like around four games. From the XBO list I want... the list. It's sort of pointless saying "X has more games" when over half the log seems comprised of modestly popular games. Quality over quantity bruh!
Even then I don't think you grasp the circumstances. My laptop seems to be slightly better than that PC yet I am using it for an awful lot of stuff and it's rather snappy. Are you sure it isn't the OS?
If you don't like MP, you will not like H5. It's campaign was relatively weak. You play it for the MP and Firefight mostly. Shit aside, I've heard a lot of people echo your sentiment from the other side as well...
As a whole, I think people missed last gen where the 360 had everything Sony had and their stuff. Now we're back to the technological middle ages where both consoles were vastly different from each other and this pissed everyone off... Yes, the sixth generation was awful. |
Quality wise I'm very satisfied with gaming on PS4 and believe most are on X1 as well. And for me six gen was quite good, didn't miss anything. Almost all games on PS2 and the very few GC games I needed to play my friend had and I played there.
