To be fair the majority of those exclusives are japanese or niche games. Which still shows the diversity of games for the ps4 but if you're looking solely for AAA games comparison Soundwave is pretty much correct in his estimation.
I'm not saying AAA games are the only thing that matters just that a lot of people regard them as such.
