For me the last halo game on pc was halo 2, when I say halo it's halo, not the online or the spin off game. Anyway, after this I don't know if they are going to support both platforms with the same games.

All I see from these accounts is flip flopping between maybe, yes and no:

http://www.pcgamer.com/phil-spencer-explains-why-halo-5-probably-wont-come-to-pc/

"That's all well and good, but where's Halo 5? Spencer returned to his Frankengame analogy, explaining that Halo 5 was designed from the beginning to release for consoles. On the other hand, Halo Wars 2 was developed with both Xbox and PC in mind, and Spencer cited that as a reason for its success on both platforms. "In terms of Halo FPS on PC, I think there’s a ton of opportunity for us right now, but I don’t want to get into a world where we’re looking back, like at Halo 5. It doesn’t mean there’s nothing there that could ever end up on PC, but I’d much rather look forward with what our plans are."

I find it so hard to believe that Halo wouldn't work on PC from day one, cinsidering the original still works to this very day and has been modded to hell and back, yet somehow an RTS is definitely 1200% going to work with X1 and PC as a tag along (because if it wasn't announced for PC, PC players like myself would be questioning such logic).

So far their offerings have been busted, the plan is still to cram Xbox as a brand onto Win 10 and replace their PC side with their console side, yet still dangle and withhold exclusives because "reasons".

They want the garden, but they don't want to have to go all the way for it. This makes sense when you look at the general idea of making games for both, but giving more to the console side, it's cheaper for them and they think it will win both sides over (it hasn't so far).

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
