Death Stranding , unknown due to the fact that they deleted the original announcement PR that mentioned PC.
It could be exclusive to PS4 now which is fine.
Nier Automata is coming to PC
MvC Infinite is also coming to PC and Xbox One
Tales of Berseria is coming to PC alongside PS4.
Ys Origin is indeed on PC , as the only platform at this moment

Tales I put in platform exclusives. Its only pc, ps4 and ps3 but only ps4 and pc in the west thus counting as a platform exclusive. Death Stranding im not sure on but regardless its not next year. |

US is getting Nier Automata for both PS4 and PC, Japan PS4 Only more than likely since SE doesnt seem like its focusing on releasing much of their catalog on Japanese steam store.
And they havent mentioned about it since :X...so who knows.
