So what? Its still a official 2016 released game.

And its not just a port either - there's additional features to the gameplay that the original did not have so in a sense it can be considered somewhat of a remaster. Its not just a regular port like you would expect from a PS2 to PS4 PSN title that only adds higher visuals or achievements/trophies.

Even then, I wouldn't count remasters as they're not really new games.
